All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash payments. Online card payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Flight and hotel prices are dynamic and may change without notice until booking is confirmed. We strive to display accurate pricing but cannot guarantee fare availability after search results are shown.
Cancellations are subject to the respective airline/hotel cancellation policy. Service fees are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 7-30 business days depending on the payment method and provider.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Flights Pro BD is not liable for denied boarding due to improper documentation.
